Injection technologies are the primary technologies for foundation underpinning works for existing buildings and improving of bearing properties of the bases located there under.

Injections are directed into the masonry of foundation or the foundation bed, through inclined bore holes drilled with drilling rig, using drilling column of small diameter.

Cement is used as a base for injection solutions, with addition of the required reagents improving waterproofing, or shrink characteristics of the solution, according to the project of injection underpinning.

Injections are performed using pumps or pneumatic superchargers until full saturation of the strengthened elements of building.

During the course of injections, technological settling of the strengthened buildings can occur. It should be monitored in order to make appropriate amendments to working procedures.
