Piles cast-in place technology in boreholes drilled under protection of natural or enriched clay solution are widely applied in constrained conditions of urban construction sites, especially in those cases where construction of individual bearing piles adjacent to existing buildings basements is required.

This technology is moderate with respect to the existing buildings adjacent to pile construction site, does not cause slackening of soil mass during drilling works, does not cause any dynamic and vibration impacts.

Bored piles are manufactured from reinforced ferro-concrete with diameter up to 400-550 mm and length up to 35 m, featuring high load capacity up to 250 tons.

The technology has proved its positive characteristics at numerous construction objects in Saint-Petersburg.
